Legal Fees Committee Proposed C&BL Change #2 Section II Dues / Per Capita Tax The revenue of this Association shall be derived as follows: $5.00 $12.00 per month, Per Capita Tax or 1% 2% of State Supplemental Pay, whichever is greater, shall be paid by each Local on its full membership, provided no affiliated Local shall pay Per Capita Tax on more than 400 members. Such funds shall be totally dedicated to one general fund in this Association Treasury
